Even though the cameras found in smartphones are improving significantly with each generation, they aren’t enough to make the conventional camera obsolete just yet. It’s about time that cameras fought back in the form of a striking new design, and that’s exactly what the Sony Alpha 16 camera does!
The α16 screen spans the entirety of the rear of the device, emphasizing its sleek, simplistic design language. This touchscreen has allowed for the vast abundance of buttons that are usually found on a camera to be removed, leaving just the one button that’s located on the top of the device.
Individuality plays a big part in the design, as the α16 is available in a range of colors, which are each complimented with a contrasting, speckled finish.
The minimalistic design carries through to the device’s packaging, with just an outline of the product being featured on the corrugated cardboard.
