Think ‘Back to the Future’ meets ‘Blade Runner’ with this gorgeously retro inspired/cyberpunk futuristic hovercar. If you can visualize something close to that, then you’ve arrived at the Cardinal, the concept hover car of tomorrow designed by Karol Miklas.
The CMF choices of the Cardinal and overall design language seen here are reminiscent of a 1980s Pontiac Fiero and DeLorean offspring while adding elements of a near-future undercarriage look. Given the industrial nature of the two styles above, this concept has an edgier look, most noticeably this can be seen from the side view. If Hollywood movies are anything to go off for the future of the automotive industry, this is something I think we definitely can say hits the nail on the head there.
