Never miss another sunset…

Almost unrecognizable as a clock, the limited edition Sun Set wall clock (available here) is unlike any other timepiece out there in both aesthetic and functionality! Beyond indicating precision time, the design also shows the sun’s exact position in the sky, the moment of sunrise and sunset, as well as the length of day and night. More than a clock, it’s also a learning tool that introduces a new perspective to the user who will visualize the length of a day and various times of the year like never before!

Designers: Andrea Ponsi & Alessandro Belli

  • This is really cool.

I was actually thinking of something similar when I was working in an office without windows (yuk) and yearning for the sun.

I particularly like the moving horizontal line that may get depressing up north when we realize how much of our day is dark.

The only thing I find distracting is having the minute circle separate from the sun’s location. If these would be combined (tricky mechanics), I’d be so impressed.

Where do I buy one (and tell me more about that chair).
