Umm, why not just put the alarm clock away from the bed (like on the dresser), which would also force the recent sleeper to completely get out of bed to turn it off? It’s funny how in the description of the product, it says to put it farther away from the bed for a real challenge. Heh.

Nice design, although a bit masculine for my taste. But what does this do, which my method of putting both my alarm clocks on a high shelf doesn’t? Once you’ve put your feet on it and stood up, who’s to stop you getting straight back into bed? I think a chilling underblanket would work better – it’d get so cold that you’d want to get out of bed just to warm up!

I say order 5 or more capet alarm clocks then scatter them throughout your bedroom that will get you moving! oh and one for the bathroom to insure you make it there. hehehe!

there are similar things like this alarm clock (that are in production) at http://www.thinkgeek.com. there’s even one where the clock has a propeller and when its time for u to wake up, the propeller shoots and flies around and the beeping alarm doesn’t stop until the propeller is put back where it belongs xD
