I really admire clever design. I’ve said it before too! The guys at Waarmakers Studio gave me a reason to repeat the aforementioned statement with the packaging design for their Ninebyfour Lamp. The clever design is a simple cardboard tube that with a little effort, doubles into a fixture for the light. The simple, rustic packaging not only does its job of storing the LED within during transit and while on the shelf, but when turned into a fixture, it gives off a wonderfully minimal, yet hipster vibe. Perfect for the office of a burgeoning startup!
