Urb (best name ever?!) is a sustainable herb garden that utilizes the waste produced by coffee shops. Just think about it… all those coffee cups, grounds, discarded food, lids. It’s a lot! The idea is to take grounds and discarded food and turn it into nutritious compost, and then transform the waste cups and lids into vessels. Combine the two and you’ve got URB! It aims to help people in urban environments reconnect with home gardening but also provides a contemporary design that fits into any urban home.
