The MINIUM X-RAY iPhone Case is quite a quirky design. Its basic approach is to give you a clear view of your phone’s innards. You get a glimpse of the battery, the A6 chip location etc. Details on how the transparency is achieved is sketchy, but even if its a paint-job, it looks cool. This is hard case for iPhone5, but I’m sure they will have one for my iPhone 4.
