Most of us have been to parties and enjoyed the conversation, atmosphere and most of all the cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Yet the difficulty in trying to be social while carrying a plate of food and a glass of wine in your hand is quite difficult and sometimes next to impossible. Ken Goldman’s design, Fingerfood is the answer to those who are not naturally born multi-taskers. Shaped like little plates, Fingerfood slides onto your finger like a ring, allowing for perfect balance and control. Each package of Fingerfood contains ten plates which are sized “one size fits most”.

hope others will not laugh at me if i have one 🙁
why? please, why?
it’s just not plausible, why would i want that on my finger when i’m getting my wasted face on?
I love the idea it will be much easier enjoying parties this way, can’t wait to have a set!
if you try to drink what’s in the glass, your food will either fall onto the floor or into the glass. also, if it can only hold one item you may as well just eat the thing right away or hold it in your other hand… not to mention it’d be pretty difficult to keep your balance like that.
interesting idea, just doesn’t seem like it’s all that practical.
according to the picture, that shrimp thing should be on someones shoes right now. and thats what i would expect happen in reality. hor d’oeurves are fingerfoods = one or two bites at most. this thing is too cute for its own good.
now if it was a usb drive and a cellphone too….LOL
This is so Victorian it’s not even funny. In fact it would not surprise me at all if there was a similar design from that period.
i want a mustache holder, dammit!
quite pretty!
I think these are great and really funny, can’t wait to try them out on my Thanksgiving subjects.
Funny idea… but I still think that these wine glass clips (http://www.wineopeners.com/Wine-glass-clips.html) or these buffet plates (http://www.imageryproducts.com/buffet.shtml) are more practical solutions for cocktails- although one may discuss their aesthetic 🙂
id like to see this presented on Dragon’s Den. i could do with a good laugh…
