Rideable Vacuum Cleaner by Kristina Andersson
Vacuum cleaner that not only attracts and addresses adults, or rather parents, but also their children. The children are invited to help out with the cleaning of their home in a fun, responsible and inspiring way. The children can ride on the vacuum cleaner and welcomes them to help out during cleaning. At young ages the children only sit on it and ride along, and as soon as they grow older they can take a more responsible part in the tidying of your home, by cleaning some areas themselves.

Vacuums have powerful motors that get hot. They work by turning a rotor with a belt. How long before the child gets a hand or a foot caught in the vacuum rotor? Please…this isn’t even half baked, and is nothing but a huge lawsuit waiting to happen.

That’s why parents should still be parents and supervise their children.

This is a great idea and concept and if this was safe with a automatic shutoff when the child got off the the vacuum, it might work. But even as a parent under the best of circumstances and a watchful eye, anything could happen! It takes on split second for a child to do something and even a parent standing right there supervising may not be fast enough!…

Rotor is hide inside. How possibly can be child harm by this? I think that there is a lot of stuff more dangerous in the house than vacuum cleaner.

Could you please send me some specific company information through which I could know if I could purchase this myself from its company (which I presume is Philips by the name engraved the second pic.)? You could mail me at vishesh420@gmail.com. Thanks, and really cool post…

I have a Co-Worker that is very frustrated because he is wheel chair bound and cannot do all of the work that a nonwheel chair bound employee can. He works as a ticket taker at a Movie Distribution Entertainment Facility. The problem is that he can do some sweeping of his area with a push sweeper, however, there is an entire hallway with 16 theaters attached to it that does not get adequate attention. What he needs is a riding vaccuum cleaner that is remote or battery operated so that he can go the entire length of the theatre and keep that hallway clean. This will make him a more valuable employee and keep the theatre clean at the same time a win win situation. This will improve the image of the theatre inviting more cusomers to patronize the establishment. Does anyone know of an adult riding Vaccuum cleaner available. The market may be open for this kind of invention.
