Heart on my wrist

Most amateur sportspeople know nothing about how to exercise. By which I mean where to draw the line with their routines. If not under expert supervision, exercise could literally harm you instead of the very opposite. That’s where the Liv wristband comes in…

Just like anything new, the body should be gradually weaned on to rigorous training. Under proper guidance, too. Liv is where your answer lies. The Liv isn’t just a stylish piece of cloth with a brand logo around your wrist. It houses a pretty nifty sensor that has the capability of guiding you to a healthy life by constantly telling you what you need. Be it rest, water, or even more exercise!
