Dugata or The Rainbow Washbasin is specifically designed for children’s bathrooms, but I can see it being endorsed by people who are young at heart. The arc body of the basin signifies the bow but sadly instead of a pot-of-gold, we find the two drains at either end! Not fair, I totally want mine in VIBGYOR with the works!

What's the scale of this and how do you use it? Do you stand to the side so two people can use it at once or stand infront of it and put your hands under the tap. It is a tap or a shower head? I don't understand how this works, it's all well and good seeing every angle of it I can but some hands or a person in there for some scale and demonstration would be great.

Thanks for the comment. You’re right. I should add a human silouette to the basin. The height of the basin is 850mm, the person should stand in front of it. I didn’t want to accent to the tap so i made it that way.

Realistically this is not a "basin" at all. Maybe you could call it a "water feature" but nothing else.
How are you going to wash your hands without splashing water… everywhere! Or your face?
And this is supposed to be for kids? I have 3. Even my 13 yr old's bathroom would be underwater if she used it.

Would anyone mind telling me what's the name of this thing?
Being a Thai person, my mind snaps to the phonetics of those Thai letters you use and made it impossible for me to see it as a typeface for an English word.
Thanks for your comment. Yes, this is Thai letters and i discovered that some of them are very similar to Bulgarian hand written letters (probably with different meaning) but i desided to use them for the logo which means "TheRainbow" in Bulgarian with Bulgarian/Thai letters 🙂

The height of the basin is 850mm, the person should stand in front of it. I've sent to the editors a picture of some kind of side view where you can see that the basin is deep enough to prevent spill out. The tap is not an object of this project so it's just for illustration. It's recomended to be used by one person by puting it's hands between the tap and the top of the basin. The 'dirty' water will flow on the sides of the basin and finaly goes to the twin syphon system.
