Stackable Hangers

You’re thinking, “aren’t hangers already stackable?” Why yes they are… sorta. They are flat for the most part but they don’t stack into each other with precision which is what makes these hangers from designer Satoshi Yoshizumi different.

The support arms are curved so they fit into one another; storing loads of hangers using minimal rack space. Got a heavy coat? No problem. Stack 2 or 3 hangers together to provide that extra brawn.

It should be added that this was an entry–as well as an 3rd place winner–in the 2nd annual Muji design competition.

bad photos in that you can really tell that the hangers are shaped.

if you just quickly glance at them, they look flat…
