Staple by the Date
Computers have made me such a lazy person that managing paperwork has become a difficult chore for me. It gets worse when the filing needs to be done chronologically. No magic wand to help me out here, but something like the Date Stapler will surely work. It’s the combination of a stapler and date stamper. Nifty organizer I tell you, every office should have one!

Dumb question but how does the stamp stay inked? Will the stamp withstand the mashing that is usually associated with stapler usage (or am I the only one that slams on my stapler?)?

good point! also what happens if we re-group/re-order the files again? will this new stamp block the previous one? or it will just stamp it on top?
with that said i still think its a good idea.

The idea on itself is brilliant but as one earlier said how do you ink it?

idea is good but its traditional, we dont need staples now, we need very small stapler which staples tiny pin into the papers (less than 1 or 2 mm thick) and then it presses both ends together and makes all papers combined. these staples are too big, visible, and sometime not safe for hands !

Awesome idea, i would love this as a graphic designer. Refiling might be an issue, but worth it!

It works like any self-inking stamp. There is an internal ink bad that it is pressed against, before it flips over to stamp the paper.

Great idea! As a teacher it’s a great way to have the date stamped right on the papers.

I would love to try the product. I have 90 to 120 students a trimester and my students rarely date their assignments. It would cut down on them turning in assignments late.
