The AURA is a series of woven lamps designed to reinforce the warmth of light with texture. The wafer, saucer shape speaks to modernity without diluting the design. Anything woven usually feels “crafty” but the AURA feels almost alien origin. They’re hand-made in France with loads of attention to detail – the couture of lighting.

The lead coming down is not very attractive. If you'd put some sort of winding design to make it appear more plant-like, the wire could be hidden behind that.
These AURA lamps look wonderful. Good idea, James.
The shade has potential to be constructed from local renewable materials. If that's the case I would show that off.
I agree with James, cut off a piece of the photo or reshoot the picture when it is more tidy. This looks like a photo I could have taken when I had my first digital camera.
The lamp is beautiful and interesting though.
I like this design !
lots of space is being wasted!!!
