Water Filter Too Beautiful To Hide

Water Filter Too Beautiful To Hide

The Soma is by far the most beautiful water filter to date. The pitcher looks more like a carafe which in my mind is more inviting to drink from, not to mention the minimalist design makes it perfect to leave out on the counter. The Soma addresses a number of issues I have with other filters. It’s made of glass. There’s no flap on the lid to easily break off and the filtration system is made of coconut shells, silk, and PLA plastic.

USB 2 USB, And More….

USB 2 USB, And More….

OMG, where have you been USB2USB? All the times that I had to go through the pain of transferring photographs and files from one card to another via the computer! What a hassle! Imagine the freedom to transfer directly from one USB or SD card to another without the via media. If only this wasn’t a concept and a reality, boy would our geeky lives become easier to share.

Sweet Side Of Gardening

Sweet Side Of Gardening

The Sweet Pot is an innovative plant pot design where the bottom basin acts as a growth patch for extra grass. Essentially the design takes care of excessive watering and drainage at the same time. More like the extra water acts like a feed for the grass patch at the bottom, hence no drains required. The Sweet Slide is a tool that aids watering the plant comfortably. Super cute and super efficient!

Drinking My Coffee And Eating It Too!

Drinking My Coffee And Eating It Too!

Yes, that is the pleasure of sipping espresso out of the Cookie Cup! The edible cookie cup is made of a light pastry that is lined with sugar. So basically when you pour in your coffee shot, the sugar dissolves slowly so that you can enjoy your drink and then later eat up the cookie. Not only does the design allow you to snack on a tasty treat, it also looks into the eco aspect of no-dishwashing and suds issue. Very Clever!

Air Umbrella – Part 2

Air Umbrella – Part 2

The Air Umbrella has been in the news lately and I think this Pump Umbrella is a fitting Part – 2 for the design. For all practical purposes we have three main reasons for umbrellas to cause us worry; one when we use it – that it keeps us dry and doesn’t flurry inside out. Second: it should be easily portable. Lastly, after use we need to store it well so that it doesn’t wet the floor (bag or whatever!). So how about a wand-style umbrella that we ‘pump’ into shape and then easily deflate for storing? Super!
