Awesome idea, but the design looks like a pregnancy test stick… and i’m not really into futuristic things when it comes to food…

Definately cool. I carry instant coffee in my computer bag, but I always have to track down a spoon, sugar, and milk. This would be a great solution and hi-tech as well.

I’m sorry but how would that work???

just by looking at the different types of sticks:

A Cafe Latte is a shot of espresso with hot milk and a small amount of froth.

A Cappuccino is a shot of espresso with 50/50 hot frothy and milk. where s the milk? where is the froth?

A Caramel Macchiato is Vanilla syrup, with hot frothy milk a shot of espresso pored over the vanilla milk and topped of with caramel drizzle. so… again, where is the milk, the froth the espresso and the drizzle??

ok lets just say the mocha and the americano coould work, though again a mocha has froth and a americano is made with espresso…

so back to my original question: how would that work?

I suggest take it down a notch, offer a simple coffee, with milk or not don’t promise what you can’t deliver.

I think K-Cups are as far as I’ll go when futurizing my coffee. Very innovative though.

Nice idea but has been done before with hot chocolate and tea. In which they have the base as a biscuit rather than plastic

If you made it so that they had some sugar crystals on them and did some work with the flavoring (i’m not a flavoring expert), you could also market them as coffee candies.

Eww. Would people really want to drink something that looks like brown plastic melted into their water? :/

People would by 1 for the novelty, make the “coffee”, take a sip and toss the thing as the taste can’t be good or even decent. Instant drink crystals are inferior but decent. This thing looks like they took coffee concentrate and hardened it on a stick.
