Appreciate Water
Many of us take water for granted. It’s difficult to appreciate something when in its purest form has no color, odor, or shape. Designer Hyun Ko promotes awareness and the significance of water by giving us a sweet juicy drink called Blooming Water. When your straw pierces a thin barrier holding the colored juice concentrate, it spills into the water forming clouds of color. For a brief moment, what looks still is actually always moving. Appreciate it.

You get the same effect when you add coffee and milk together without mixing. It’s called Brownian motion.

I think its cool, not truly innovative or new but cool. It could be the new fad of drinks like Milk Tea is in asian communities or starbucks is..like..around the world. Small Colorful ‘Artsy’ Drinks.

i feel its just unnecessary packaging for water… lets eliminate waste and have a purpose for innovation other that coolness..
if it tested the water, for outdoors maybe, that could at least put a purpose to it beyond sweet effects for a beverage

yeah, the best way to appreciate water is to mix it with some color liquid that’ll end up over powering it. Genius…
