We Be Jammin
This concept called the Electro Belt has a chance at some real success if released in the market place. It’s a belt with an MP3 player built into the buckle. You keep it charged and synced via USB. The buckle can be customized with different face plates that illuminate while you’re jamming.
So what do you think? Priced right and I think it could sell boatloads.

How do you control it while on your belt? Do you take off your belt to change songs? I do like the surface designs but I think it needs more function.

I would imagine there would be basic player controls along the top of the buckle.

really cool i like it loads..player controls would be prob best on the head fone cord then takes away hassel of fiddling with belt ? wot u wreckon?

On one hand, I kind of like the concept and look…
On the other hand, it looks flimsy.
I recommend running some, if not all of the circuitry through the belt itself. This would provide that seemingly missing control in the form of a touch-pad in the plastic and also provide a very high degree of water resistance.
There are a few more ideas I have that could improve the device, but perhaps it’s best I take the path of the magician and refrain from revealing my secrets.
