The Chopping Board Advantage

The Conveyor Chopping Board is an all-in-one self-cleaning board and scale. The main idea behind this design is to overcome the hygiene and sanitation aspects of a conventional chopping board. We all know that wooden ones are the best, but maintaining their sterility is a big problem.

The way this design works is that it weighs the food portion while chopping it and keeps the part of the board being used as sterilized as possible. It just makes your cooking life easier.

Conveyor Chopping Board is one of the shortlisted hundred-odd entries at the 2014 Electrolux Design Lab Competition. You can vote for this or any other entry before May 16th.
