I would not be giving my current jot pro to anyone as I am too attached…4 days of using it at the office and I love it already! This would give me the ability to leave one at the office and my house. I *might* let my wife use one of the spares 🙂

I have 2 co-workers that aren’t sold on bringing their iPads to work so this may give them incentive to try at least.

  • Ivan says:

I would give it to my brother, because he draws a lot. And the first thing I would draw would be the tree in front of my window. Never tried it this time a year…

  • I would give the extra pair to my friend, Robert, so we could make a joint review on the product on his website, OmniTechNews. The first thing I would use the Jot for is taking notes in class, as I prefer more visual and abstract ways of recording ideas.

  • Lorenzo Borje says:

I’d give the second Jot to my best friend and collaborator, and I’d probably use mine to jumpstart my sketching again. Years of computer work has made my drawing rusty. :/

  • jack says:

    Love it.
I design and build home, could us one of them.
    Jack

  • Charlotte says:

I would give the extra pair to a friend who owns an ipad.

First thing I would draw is a diagram of a T cell receptor and major histocompatiblity complex on a target cell binding with an antigen from my Immunology lecture! The immune system is very important!

  • David w says:

I would give the spare pen to my sister so we could draw together.

The first thing I would draw would be the world of my imagination. I may not be a very good artist, but I can only fail if I don’t try.

  • I’d give the other one to my son and i think i’d draw a logo for my husband’s side business!
thanks for a chance to win!
    And, have a GREAT day!

This is an amazing stylus and anyone would be lucky to have one. I will give it to my youth leader, an amazing bloke who recently started his teaching diploma course. He sold his old PC and bought an iPad to take lecture notes, design teaching plans, sketch mth graphs, etc. He desperately needs a stylus and this would be perfect of him.

With the amazing precision, I will be able to finally sketch my anatomy dissection notes properly. (I’m a medical student, and part time graphic designer).
I’ve been working on sketching surgical procedures, anatomy and other medically related images as a side project.
this stylus will definitely come in handy and would love this.

    Thank you.

    These are awesome!

I would give the extra Jot to my mom since she just got her first iPad! And the first thing I would draw would ;robably be whatever is first up in a Pictionary game! (:

  • Mike says:

I would give the extra Jot to my Industrial Design prof, who has pretty much taught everything i know to this day about product design.

The first thing i would draw is tables for my new furniture company i would like to start in the near future.

Oh man…finally I’ve found the perfect gift for my best friend. Sadly, I won’t be able to give it to her tomorrow T_T. She is finally embracing the digital world and got herself a tablet with docking system. As a writer — and having long nails, it’s difficult for her to use the screen (also being used to pressure-sensitive PDAs). Writing is her passion and this would make a world of difference in her ability to really make use of her device for her writing and social media. Does anyone know which retail stores carry this stylus pen…if at all?

As for myself, I’ve never considered getting a tablet but now that this tool is in the market, I could definitely get back into my art!

Sorry admin…I kept getting an error whenever I tried to publish my comment. Did not mean to spam :/

  • Anjali says:

Well I would give the extra Jot to my best friend who is a graphic design student like me. The first thing I’ll draw is probably my puppy Whiskey, since I like to do sketches of him every time i get a new toy.

  • Michael Dickinson says:

The extra Jot stylus would go to my stepdaughter Natalie, so she can use it on her 1st gen iPad. The first “design” I would create would actually be a poem–I’m more of a writer than a graphic artist, so my sketches come through a little differently :)–

  • Dan Rollo says:

I’d give the second to my friend who has always inspired me to strive to be better with my art.
The first thing I’d design with it is my first tattoo that I’ve been wanting to have for a long time.

  • Devan Jones says:

I would give it to my friend who is an aspiring digital medium artist and with mine I would start to mockup the logo for the bookstore I’m going to open.

  • Jennifer says:

I would keep it cause I’m getting an ipad for xmas. and I will first draw a picture of Santa Claus (or whoever gives it to me).

  • Hayley Harkema says:

Hey there, i’d use mine to sketch out a more efficient keel for sailboats i’ve been workin on.
I’d give the second on to my Artist-Friend so she can begin lining her work digitally.

  • Gordon says:

I will make my friends compete with each other for the prize of the second pen. The first project for mine will be a diagram of my contest rules. Precise.

  • Zhaohui Ow says:

The other will be for my close friend in the furniture design line. I will be using mine to translate the interior design of my new crib from up in the clouds into digital blue prints. 😀 Cheers

  • linda says:

I would give one to my boyfriend (who has taken my ipad hostage)…then I would draw “mine” once I get it back.

  • Brooke says:

Hello! I would give the other jot to my good friend, chyanne. She doesn’t do anything except draw so I figure this would be perfect for her. Also, it’s her birthday so it makes it even MORE perfect!

I, on the other hand, will use my jot to help myself out drawing wise….I’m a student going to school for digital media design. I’m learning how to draw and it’s surprisingly going well for me! I feel like the jot would help me out immensely in my fired of study.

    Thank you, Brooke.

  • Brooke says:

I meant to say in my field of study….iPad corrections 😛

  • sam says:

I would give it to my brother, and then proceed to draw some cubes, cause I always start warming up with drawing some cubes 🙂

  • jenny nguyen says:

hmmm….. well i’ll give the extra jot to my mother who uses the ipad more than i do… she has a hard time pressing the buttons =.=
the first thing i’ll draw with it would be totoro 😀

  • I’m the Editor-in-Chief of my college school newspaper, so I’ll probably give the extra Adonit Jot to my design team. Right now we’ve got three designers sharing just one Wacom Bamboo tablet. With this tool, I can bring my iPad to deadline nights and have one of the designers working off of that. With an extra Adonit, any other people on staff can bring their tablet device to be used along with it.

Personally, I’d like to sketch up a design for a special masthead for one of our upcoming special issues. My design team will probably use it to create new designs and art for the paper.

  • I will give it to my friend Eduardo Shiffer, and my first art will be an illustration about my last dream. With it i could make faster drawings and skaches about what i dream…

  • Sean says:

I will keep the jot pro for myself(I’m iPad sketch heavy user), then the rest I will create a competition of design in my company with the winners get writer, jot pro and jot.

  • I would give my jot to my mother – a world class calligrapher with 40 years of lettering behind her, who at the age of 60 has begun exploring combining traditional lettering arts with technology and she all the encouragement she can get.

  • Jarvin says:

I would give my extra Adonit Jot and Jot Pro Stylus to my artist friend who loves , and is extremely good at making digital illustrations. The first thing I would design with my new Adonit pens would be the layout of my upcoming coffee/tea shop and its website.

  • Andrew says:

I’d give the extra one to my youngest sister. The first thing I’d draw with it would be some Chinese characters.
