While a glowing sea anemone might be the first thing that pops to mind, this lamp’s structure is actually based on a number in the Fibonacci sequence, hence its name “610”. Expressive of the mathematical structure behind nature, 610 pops up in things like seeding plants or, in this case, a pine cone. In a rare case of availability, 610 can be found over at Freedom of Creation for as little as €360.

Cute but I agree the tripod instantly makes it a Pottery Barn item. (which the price would still make sense for.) I think it would look really cool as a hanging lamp though!
Maybe it’s just not the right tripod… It would look good hanging also.
Yes, this lends itself to being a pendant light, if you ask me – ditch the tripod! There’s a definite disconnect with it there.
