Easy To End!
I love packaging designs that are subtle and yet make a world of a difference. For example this wavy Cellotape may not seem so brilliant at the moment, but for a mother who covers endless notebooks in brown paper at one go, this is a definitely a boon. Invariably the end of the tape just fuses to the circle and is hard to find! ‘Tape with Easy-to-Find End’ is just that…..easy! Yeah, dispensers are an option, but folks like me are stubborn, scissors and tape is the only way for us!

Wouldn’t it be better to have only two pair waves together on opposite sides to make it easier for the production? Just trying to help.
There’s always someone claiming for the products to be sold like they weren’t mere projects.
Martin says
Tape is mass produced at very high speeds on automated equipment. As clever as the idea is it would cause a near endless stream of significant problems for tape production machinery and the tape itself. You would have to hand wind the rolls one by one and that is not an option.
Dave says
My concern would more be what happens if the tape doesnt reach the span from one peak to the next and ends up sticking itself down with the end in one of the valleys. It seems it’d be a nightmare to try and dig it out again.

Martin, if you do not know what you are talking about, please don’t make a comment like this.

Finally a really smart idea!

nice, but i think it is too hard find tap start if its loos in bums!
Johnny says
@Dave My concern exactly. It’s hard enough to pick the end of the tape off a convex surface… I can’t imagine trying to pick it out of a valley.
Charlie says
Great idea, but what if you lose the end on new tape design? Will it be more difficult to find the end again than original design?
Elphi says
It’s great that it rules out the dispenser, but then you also need a pair of scissors to cut it since it doesn’t come with ridges… I think I prefer my tape dispenser.
