Alarm Clocks Are So Redundant….
It’s time to move on and discard phone alarms and clocks! This is the new age people; we need cooler and hipper gear like this Alarm Pillow! It gently vibrates at the given hour, to wake you up with a buzz. And if you don’t get out of the bed, your head-weight acts as the snooze trigger. How awesome is that! The label-trigger is clever and fitting, I so need this for my sleepyhead daughter!

It's not such a bad idea – except for the possibilty of waking up with a headache everyday.
And depending on how they have made the insides, it might not be particular comfty either. I'd say no to it.
KevinW says
I really like this…but you would have to make the snooz harder to trigger, otherwise I'd never get up
I'd buy one, great for naps.
prakhar1 says
a great idea up until the point the pillow falls off the side of the bed.
mariasin says
i think it's really cool. When it will be out in the market?
hypertraders says
I love sleeping on a massage pillow =) This is perfect! It will help me sleep more =) I wish the timer is removed though, so continuous massage functionality is implemented instead.
kyle says
Wtf? Remove the timer? Why not just get a massage pillow in the first place?
Tom says
I doubt as the retracting snooze tape feeds into the pillow it is completely silent so I think would bug you while trying to sleep, especially as its as close to your ear as it can get. As would the solid vibrating motor in the middle

It's supposed to be an alarm pillow, not a massage pillow. It's supposed to wake you up, not keep you asleep…Just sayin'

So when is this product going to be on sale, I want one for Christmass
CraigDD says
The idea was quite creative,,however you're not being a deep thinker probably..
It's time to sleep with a dirty pillow.
How come we wash that pillow??
jos says
I agree, how can you wash it?
Lasse says
Well i suppose you don't you just change the cover i guess…
You'll have to change it from time to time tho – my main concern is if you trap the wire in your sleep and it won't wake you up, if you drop it on the floor and it breaks and how pleasant is it to sleep with?
guest says
its called a pillow case

But I don't quite understand how to set the time, is that the number on the strip is the no. of hour to wake up?
seems uneasy to set alarm accurately
or maybe two strips? one for minute and one for hour

Ha…Yeah the blanket gets sucked in under the matress and the pillow deflates, that would be good.

sharper image already an alarm like this one that vibrates the whole mattress. I have had one for years; having the timer on the pillow just seems impractical, and the whole design seems too complicated and inefficient. Design should be simple and functional. I know I would not want to have to plug one more thing in to charge.

This idea isn't bad at all, it's pretty close to what I've been doing for a while now. I usually use my old cellphones as alarms, so I just put the phone(s) on vibrate and then slip it right under my pillow for the night. It wakes me up better than setting up an extremely loud standalone alarm.

Seriously? Implement a “Continuously vibrate” function and you'll make a lot of money. So many women hump their pillows.

Sera una variante, el que tuviera un sensor para los ronquen, la almohada vibre, para que se reacomoden.
It would be a variant, which had a sensor for snoring, the pillow vibrates to rearrange themselves.
Jonathan Beeby says
interesting idea but my pillow almost always ends up on the ground
Trinesh. says
People will find out some way to stop that vibration
1) They may throw it out
2) or they may keep it on there head instead
3) or keep it below there feet so that it will becomes a morning walk exercise
4) or it will be used to play pranks which could end up is “just for gags”
5) or you guys will be making some thing more innovative from this and use the circuitry from it to something else LOL!!!
