On the inside, an electromagnet causes the feather/flower/leaf to flutter away, and LED lighting built into the frame’s inner edge strobes/flickers at a precisely calculated rate to make that chaotic flutter seem like slow-motion choreography. I admit the science behind the frame’s working isn’t a part of the Slow Dance’s charm… It’s sort of like lifting the veil on a magician’s magic trick. That being said, regardless of the object you secure to the Slow Dance, it flutters magically in slow motion perfectly, making you experience time slowly.
