No Glue, No Problem!

First came the pin. It pierced the paper. Then the glue. It damaged the paper. Then the magnets, they needed a steel surface behind the paper. Now’s the time for static electricity. Admitted it seems a little over-the-top, but it’s just a matter of time till technology or clever design helps evolve this amazing idea.

The Static Fix allows one to pin-up documents without actually pinning. The device uses a static charge to adhere to a surface. Just put the paper in between and you have a nifty little thumbtack that doesn’t damage your document in any way! All it needs is a shake every once in a while to maintain the static charge!

The Static Fix is a winner of the Red Dot Design Award for the year 2015.
