Illuminat’Y’

Just about every designer at least once in their lives ends up designing a lamp. There’s that urge to do something groundbreaking, and create a lamp that’s truly iconic (take the Luxo Jr. lamp for instance). The Y Lamp is a result of that urge. Geometric and direct in its appeal, the lamp has a definitive Y shaped member connecting the light panel to the base. A wire running through the back provides just the right amount of contrast. The simplistic buttons on the base plate really shine through with their well articulated color schemes. A MicroUSB Slot on the side allows you to feed direct power to the lamp, and the lighting panel rotates a full 360 on the two pivots placed on either side. Shine on, you crazy diamond!
