The Vein of Life
Check out this untitled concept by Kim Joonmin. It’s a vase with a built-in vein that reacts to a living plant by turning red. Not much else to say but it’s gorgeous in simplicity. I totally want one. A very animalistic flower pot if you will.

This is really cool, but what is the vein made of that allows it to turn red when it interacts with the flower?

quite horrific. all the energy time ans resource to go into a product that prolongs the life of a cut flower. surely the flower is the main focal point here not the vase?
