A Spot Of Tea
A better and bolder teacup set. The T-Win Demitasse Cup looks strangely alien to me for some reason yet the only things different about it are very subtle. The ringlet handles are oddly placed. I’m not sure I like it because having a handle so high up means the rest of my hand touches the cup which if filled with hot tea won’t be a pleasurable experience. On the other hand, I love how the center of the saucer rises up into the cup to prevent it from slipping.

lifting it by the bottom ring when the drink is on the saucer will cause a structural fracture.

to clarify, as the cup is twin walled, there will be no touching a hot cup and hence, only pleasurable experience.

how do you store plates one on another? it is impossible

thanks Rah, great point. Next iteration will have small grooves for that purpose, that double as a tea spoon slot.

The placement of the handles is too strange and lacks good reason at least for the cup, the saucer is ok though. Holding the handle up there brings your hand a bit too close to the face to be comfortable. And then the ringlet design at that position seems like it poses weight distribution problems.
