Sheets and Sheets
How many times a day do you look at your wash basin and think, gosh! It’d be super great if I could’ve gotten a lot nicer and more environmentally-sound wash basin up in here! How much do you want a basin based on sheets? Sheets are the future. This particular basin, designed by Sokolova Ekateryna and titled “Aqua Vita”, is just the basin you might very well need.
Elegant and light on the eyes. The form of this lovely object is based on the so called “natural desire” of the water to form a whirlpool shape, flowing down freely from the point of access at the top.
How fancy!
Designer: Sokolova Ekateryna

defo. what happens to the wood when you bleach the sink?
Mohan says

That’s the axor faucet by Stark, It should be mentioned. The sink doesn’t seem to have a protective/polished finish just for something called “cleaning”.

Yes, that’s Starks fauscet, that’s what I thought when I saw the ad first. Interesting sink form, just looks like it is not sealed, and will leak water in a big way.
Just a note to publisher – you got the first/last name in reverse, it is Ekaterina Sokolova – a typical russian first and last name.

it is actually a nice form – just needs to be made of some other material like stainless steel or Corian.

So, how is this a ‘environmentally-sound wash basin’?
The Up Blog says
Good for a log cabin. But I agree, really needs to be metallic.
Marcel says
cool when it stands alone. In the middle of an empty room..
