Studio Wrap

Studio Wrap

The Nike Studio Wrap is crafted to help women make the most of workouts typically done in bare feet. I am talking about yoga and the likes. Designed as modular wrap, the system includes a ribbon and a flat sole. The goal is to provide barefoot training with an innovative support that helps enhance the fitness training and protect the feet from callouses.

The Ultimate Off-Road Racer

The Ultimate Off-Road Racer

The Duality concept vehicle ambitiously attempts to blur the lines between off-road SUV and race car. But how does it harmonize these extremes? The answer lies in its four dual purpose tires and articulated suspension, both of which transition between 2 modes in the flick of a switch. See how it works —>

The only highchair you'll ever need.

The only highchair you’ll ever need.

Appropriately named Steps, this ingenious children’s eating system grows up with your kids! From newborns to toddlers (and all in between), it gives kids the active comfort and freedom to move about safely and securely. The all-in-one modular solution starts as a bouncer and into a highchair, followed by a regular chair, keeping them close, comfortable and happy all along the way!

Leafless, Not Lifeless Lighting

Leafless, Not Lifeless Lighting

The Afillia collection earns its namesake from the world of botany. In terms of plants it means leafless, but not lifeless. A blend of hand-crafted woodwork and sintered 3D printing results in an intricate diffuser with delicate, lace-like patterns and geometric pinholes. Free to waver at will, the light casts fleeting shadows then beams into unexpected focus forming compact halos.

It's what's inside that counts.

It’s what’s inside that counts.

At first glance, Misko looks like your average bedside drawer table… minimal and well-balanced. But, flip the switch and that’s when you’ll fall in love! An internal LED shines bright from within, illuminating the translucent top and peeking through the handle space. Combining these two functions keeps your bedroom space uncluttered but just as bright. DO WANT!

Walls To Climb

Walls To Climb

I have always been a fan of fitness and find the Nova Climbing Wall an interesting way to integrate workout installation into the interior design of a home. Essentially, Nova is a climbing wall with a compelling interactive interface. The wall includes panels with pattern-cut-outs, which replace the colored holds of regular training walls. Climbing routes, difficulty levels and routes are flexibly indicated through light and can be selected via the Smartphone App.

Foot Basics

The Kick Stopper takes the humble doorstopper into a new functional form and movement. It moves very much like a door handle and can be easily kicked into position thanks to its centered pivotal positioning. One kick and the door is in-place…another and you can move it freely.

Awesomely Autonomous Auto

Awesomely Autonomous Auto

The Uniblock automated vehicle is actually a modular 3-cars-in-1! The clever design splits up to tackle different scenarios. In single car mode, it’s beneficial for short distances or using narrow roads. Expanded to two or three, Uniblock becomes the perfect caravan for making long journeys on the wider open road. Best of all, it will drive itself so you can sit back and relax inside the comfy reconfigurable cabin!

Highly Evolved Transport

Highly Evolved Transport

The BMW Honeycomb concept’s aim is not to reinvent the automobile, rather, it’s to entirely reshape the way we think about urban transportation! Inspired by the socially evolved bee, the system works as a colony of well-organized vehicles that communicate with each other and with users to get people where they need to be. When a user books one of the autonomous cars from their smartphone, it leaves the hub… picks them up… delivers them… and either returns to charge or starts on a new mission!

Getting To Know Mr. Handsome + 4 with QWSTIONs

Getting To Know Mr. Handsome + 4 with QWSTIONs

I would like to play 20-questions with the team QWSTION, but it will be counterproductive. For one, I can’t stop staring at Matt (he’s so handsome) and secondly, I think like their motto of asking the right questions, I can get to know more with less. Last Monday I showcased two awesome bags by the Brady Bunch from the heart of Europe. Today I ask QWSTION some questions….read on…
