A Silky Disposition

A Silky Disposition

You have to hand it to Samsung and Apple’s forward thinking design team that made it acceptable for us to have phones that are a cross between a tablet and well … a phone! While the new forms give us a gawky looking device, The Bionic Silkworm Inspired Phone takes us back to the basic shape of an ergonomic handset. Designed to make both children and the elderly comfortable with its use, the LED display and infrared sensor technology make it as tech-savvy as it gets. So which will you prefer… a phablet or a phone?

Big pixels are back!

Big pixels are back!

The 8-bit Bumper for iPhone 5 and 8-Bit Sleeve for iPad Mini hearken back to the beginnings of the video game revolution, when the music was awesome and mushrooms were the most valuable treasure! The pixelated design and jaggy edges complete the 8-Bit look and durable TPU material keeps iDevices safe. If Mario had an iPhone, this would have been his bumper… and you can own it here!

Audio Eye-solation

Audio Eye-solation

The Sony EYEDIO speaker brings expert-level directional sound to the average user. The unit is capable of pinpointing sound, localizing it to a specific area so that only people in the audible zone can hear it. Thanks to its eye-inspired shape, EYEDIO can move in any direction, horizontal or vertical, without moving its location. Jam to your music without disturbing others, set an alarm only you can hear, or use it to get the attention of anyone in your line of sight!

Paper Cup Speakers

Paper Cup Speakers

One of my fondest childhood memories is using paper cup telephones and even using them to amplify the songs playing on the radio. Based on similar lines is the RingIng Bluetooth Speakers. Crafted from flexible materials, lightweight and small in size, the design consists of two parts: Loudspeaker + Rubber Lens Hood. Simple and sweet!

3.5mm with a Twist

3.5mm with a Twist

The 90degree Adapter focuses on the ergonomics of one tiny, often overlooked, component: the headphone plug. It’s just plain annoying to have that rigid plastic jutting out from your phone, tablet, computer or other devices. The 90degree gets it out of the way by twisting near the intersection of the metal and plastic. The plug becomes flush with your device, making it easier to hold or rest in a case.

iPicture With iLens

iPicture With iLens

As far as Apple is concerned there are many ‘what ifs’ that we all would like them to answer. Example, what if Apple made a watch, what if Apple made a camera? The answer to the latter is the iLens; an imaginable innovation that is conceived as a mirror-less interchangeable lens camera for enthusiastic photographers. So if you are dangling between an amateur and professional photographer, this camera is for you!
