Electrolux To Unveil Exciting New Kitchen Concept at Designboost

All those in awe of the Electrolux Design Lab Competition and are gearing up to enter it, may want to keep an eye on their presentation at the  DesignBoost forum in Sweden. Apparently Henrik Otto, Senior Vice President of Design at Electrolux will present an exciting new kitchen concept on the 12th of February 2010 at the forum. Creativity In Smell Can Reward Handsomely!

Home remedies of using baking soda or vinegar for getting rid of domestic odors are good to learn in grade school. In the real world we need more sophisticated methods to do away with sickening smells. So if I were to ask you, what’s your brightest idea for preventing domestic smell, would you have one for me? I wouldn’t reward you tho, however if you presented it to the Swirl Smell Fighters Innovation Contest, you could win handsome prizes!

ZINK Imaging Seeks New Innovative Solutions From The Design Community

ZINK Imaging is asking the design community for new “solutions” and applications (not new form factors for existing products etc.) that enable and enhance printing with the ZINK Technology. Essentially, it’s about the whole design solution, not just the fit and finish.
