Play With Piano Lights
The Piano is a super sexy desktop lamp crafted out of black metal and warm bright wood. It has a unique way of closing and stowing and was evidently inspired by the piano. To close the lamp, simply rotate the three elements and present it as a flat table decoration. Yes, it does resemble the ebony and ivory when closed!

How does it stay open? Due to the thinness of the pivots, there is no locking area, so even with friction over time the lamp will droop. In the last image with the lamp stretched out, unless the base is full of lead or its attached to the surface it sits on, it will simply fall over especially as its made from metal and wood. There’s no power cable, so is it battery operated? If so is there enough room for batteries? With the pivots being so thin, how will you get cabling from the base to the head, unless everything (batteries, bulbs etc) are in the head, in which case it will fall over/droop even more. Where’s the on switch? Unless you have a mercury/tilt switch in the middle arm, again back to cabling issues. Just a few thoughts. PT

Whether the piano can be used as regular piano? if it can be used then that is a remarkable discovery

@product tank The cable is run through the table. Light will not be overturned because it is bolted through the table. Piled will not, because the upper part is filled with gas that is lighter than air. This gas is shining instead of bulbs. And they all lived happily to the end of time.

Cool design , like the shape and the Idea behind this product , and from a designer and fabricators eye point I can see this maybe working , although there would have to be a few slight changes
