Knock On Wood
Gordon Cormack Kedslie’s design, Touch Wood, is a fresh take on both the doorbell and the classic knock. Instead of ringing the bell, or banging on the door, visitors knock on any (or all) of the touch sensitive pads to trigger a limitless amount of customizable bells and other sounds. Personally, I dig it because I’d have my own personalized knock, and, of course, because it would make ding-dong-ditching that much more fun.

Having that on your door is like begging to have a sonata at 4am
Nice design though. Maybe with some kind of limit on to how many notes may be played each time somehow?

very nice concept, i love how the technology is hidden behind an old fashioned, natural looking design! maybe different colours and shapes could help broaden its appeal?
