What Breaks in Two Then Becomes Two
What happens to your plate when you drop it on the ground? It breaks! -what about plastic? -QUIET YOU! — Alexander Hulme has got the solution to this dilemma! A design concept which he dubs so un-recklessly “Breakable.” It’s one plate with two more built in. Drop the single plate and two more come out!
Watch for chips.
Though the concept isn’t flawless (note the little sharp edges here and there), you’ve got to admit the silly genius behind the idea. How many evil henchmen cartoon characters do you know that act the same way? That’s my question to you.
I love this plate’s indestructibility. Wish there were more plates inside the smaller ones too. Plates eternal!

This would make it very tempting for kids to want to “break” all the dishes, especially on veggie night

Designer? He is just a dumb, because he copy the work of others.

I don’t feel it’s copy.
I like it and the sharp edges are part of the uniqueness of the design, because if I want two plates, I would buy them, but these two tell a story.
Congrats from Argentina.
