BlueTooth Umbrella, Hey Why Not?
Rain blasted urbanites should love this idea. Bluetooth Umbrella is simply an umbrella with a bluetooth enabled handle for handsfree operation with your mobile phone. It also doubles as radio so you can totally go “singing in the rain.” Leave it to designers to make people look kookier than they are. I mean what would you think if you see me walking down the street in the pouring rain talking into my umbrella handle? Yeah. . . DO WANT!

At least they’ve moved on from the “any-everyday-object + USB” -crap…
Perhaps in the coming year we’ll see a flood of new useless gizmos with BT. Not looking forward to it.

Sure an expensive umbrella and a trouble to keep. But, whats wrong with using an earpiece ?
Mikhail STAWSKY says
There is no wrong to use earpiece.
But it is doesnt allow to hear the outer sound such as street or other people.
Up to me I don`t like to get smthg in the ear and use only 50% of my ears
It is not very suitable
But
so many people so many customs
Lim says
So you wanted to hear the street / the people and at the same time talking on the phone and at the same time 100% not using something to cover your ear ?
You sure living in a quiet and a very rainy environment
Jason says
The earpiece sounds aloud and the ear couldn’t work well to notice the car in traffic. plus, if one carry a laptop while want to pick up the fone, he must use the hand with umbrella, that’s mass.
But….still the umbrella is so hard to keep…..
Lim says
Yah… provided you are like Mikhail of course, where to get somehting on the ear and use only 50% of your ear is not very suitable.
But nothing wrong with this, people have personal preference =)

Agree with Lim, you just hit the point

it screams mug me.
Shiella says
Interesting…Just make sure it is waterproof.
MayR says
Seriously?!
I still prefer using an ear piece. It’s more handy, plus it looks and feels better when receiving a call.
Btw, Is it waterproof?
