Grenade Alarm Deluxe
As complicated as it can be, getting up in the morning has several really simple solutions, supposing you’re one not apt to be waking. One of them is TUI-AC, the Tangible User Interface Alarm Clock, a lovely little bomb that you set with a pin, turn, crank, and arm by releasing, and go ahead to sleep. Once the bomb’s set time is reached, BOOM! And alarm goes off that you’ll never miss. Why? Because of how complicated it is to get up, find the bomb, find the pin, and place the pin back in the bomb to stop the noise.

can you make an alarm clock that when it goes off, you have to fling it at the wall to stop it. If you don't fling it hard enough it doesn't stop?

So it's a clocky, but without wheels and that can be mistaken for a bomb. Another great idea that can't be used by married couples. Without understandable death & dismemberment.
