A Coconut Home for the iPad
The coconut tree perhaps is the most giving tree in all of nature. What I mean is that every part of the tree is used in some industry or another. So it makes complete logical sense for young designers with an eco initiative to come up with an iPad cover made from materials sourced from the coconut tree! This is the story of Econut, a cover that blends back into nature after serving its purpose to the iPad.

the design doesnt look like its made of coconut, i could take almost any computer rendered design and say that its produced from bio-degradable material….

Coconut fiber or "wood" will stay in that original form, you can't make 2 by 4s out of it or cnc route the material. – _ – I guess you can mulch it up and add an emulsifier or some other compound to press it into another shape? But if that's the case, why not use another wood form?… research people seriously
