I’ll graduate in January.
In Fabruary, I’m going to start my master’s course.
By March, I’m going to be finishing my PhD’s course.
In May, I’ll be CEO of the company.
In August, I’ll be elected president of the new nation of America (Union of south and north america).
By September, probably, I’ll receive my crown as king of the world.
In Nomvember, I’ll fake my death like Elvis and Jim Morrison, grow a beard and help the Red Cross for the rest of the year.
In December, though, in the last week, I’ll go camping with my all-new Eton Solarlink, a fishing rod and my beard.

Complete a Master’s in Math and sit the qualifying exams for a Phd in math, train for my first marathon and my first triathlon, continue working on writing/books.

Try and get a prestigious Research Assitantship.

I plan to switch gradually from Quantity to Quality…

2010 will be a year of both change and stability for me. After spending every 3 weeks of 2009 away from my family – I’m ready to have some stability back as we start a new life. Change – for the new adventures I’m sure we have in store for us here in our new home. A lot of that will include hiking/camping, so this would be amazing to have.

In 2010, I plan on walking the 2178 mile long Appalachian Trail. I am researching ways to power an electronic device (iPhone) so that I can post photos and twits along the way. The Eton Solarlink may just be the solution I am looking for.

I plan to make up for all the time i wasted in University in horrible lectures and useless tutorials by finally working full time and freelancing on my spare hours. I can’t wait for that moment!.

I will be getting my LEED certification for green buildings, and continuing the opportunity to make sustainable thinking a part of my company’s design process.

My big plan for 2010 will likely be moving with my husband to wherever he’ll work on a post-doc and finding a teaching job there to keep myself sane.

I recently found out that I was pregnant so my big plans for 2010 include preparing for the baby. The Eton Solarlink would be amazing to take with me outside when I am strolling with the baby.

Hope to do well in helping finish my engineering degree.

In 2010 I’m going to continue not smoking, finish my history degree, keep fresh flowers in the house every day, ride my bike every day, help my girlfrind start her dog-walking venture, visit grandma four times at least, attend every union rally, anti-war march and climate and healthcare action I can, I’m going to quit my job and start teaching… Jeez. Y’know, it’s going to take a bit more than a nice radio, but I’m looking forward to it! Did I mention I’m in an extremely disaster-prone part of the world (San Francisco)?

2010: Learn to sew.

Ever read a manga or anime and say “that’s a really cool outfit they’ve got there,” but must reconcile yourself with the reality that it doesn’t exist? If I could sew, then I might get to change that reality.

Saw this in a Brookstone catalog the other day, rather neat.

2010 is going to be a huge year for me. Finally moving out (financial difficulties have been holding me back) into a house of my own, getting one of my two degrees (double major), taking some extended trips (NYC, Belfast) that have been long overdue, and what else may pop up along the way. It will be a life-changing year.

I just joined EWB (Engineers without borders) and 2010 could be a big year to volunteer oversees – the SOLARLINK would come in real handy in Rural Africa.

If and when the economy normalizes I will go freelancing.

I usually spend New Years eve on my Grandpa’s farm. A farm with no electricity, they depend on solar panels and a few other options. We usually spend New Years eve outside looking at the stars and having a chat.

Do I even have to mention that I think my Grandpa has a slight obsession with flash lights? I buy him a new / different one every year! He will love this one.

As for 2010… I’ll be looking for another flash light for my Grandpa and I am planning to explore and not only find the career I’m meant to have, but also my “calling”.

I have a small radio flashlight that can charge a cell phone, but the email I got from the company explained that the solar cell part of the phone cannot charge anything but the internal battery.

I’ll read the fine print on this one. I expect it to be different since it is obviously a more upscale device than what I have.

I’m planning to take my photography biz a bit further by creating a logo and registering a domain for my website and portfolio. I’m also planning to do more work in my community with my volunteer society (Victoria Visionaries Volunteer Society) with a few new projects to help those in need in my area. I’m taking the lessons I learned in 2009 and applying them to my life in 2010.

By the way, speaking of fantastic devices: whenever I see a phone nowadyas I just can’t resist a temptation to boast about the new wonderful gadget I bought from http://www.gsm-earpiece.com – a wireless earpiece to work with my mobile phone! I ahve already passed 5 exams with it!

In 2010 I would like to ride as many roller coasters as is humanly and financially possible! Oh, and listen to my new eton radio!

I want to go for an entire year using just natural power (solar and hand crank) from the Eton radio to power my mobile phone. With the amount of time I spend on the thing it is going to be a real challenge! If you guys send me a radio I will even blog the whole year to let you know how I go!

Take on my second year of design school and rock my advanced classes! I want to be an incredible second year student.

Not going for the sympathy there but my plan for the coming year is to close my business of 9 years. The economy has put us in a bad spot and I have been fighting it for over a year now and it is time to give up the fight and plunge headlong into financial uncertainty and face a horrible job market. But with a full glass of beer in hand, a smile on my face and a hardy “Cheers!” to you all, I face the new year with optimism and just a little enthusiastic excitement.

In 2010 I plan to add a wheelchair ramp at our back door.

My big plans for 2010 consist of jetting off to Europe to live! I’ve been in Canada for my entire life, it’s time to explore the world

I plan to visit the Falling Waters museum/house in PA, work harder in my job, and meet new friends.

I plan on raising my twin boys born 7/13/09 as best as I can.

I am going to be pushing hard to make my 2 small businesses a success for financial freedom (ok, it won’t get to that). I might move across the Pacific. I might get married. I might by a new home to settle into. And I might get fat.

August go back to work so take a break from all this excitement.
And October or somewhere around there begin stepping away from quantity and move toward meaningful healthy relationships again.

In 2010 i will go volunteer to a indian cummunity in Chiapas, México, it’s a nice work, a lot of roofs and bridges construction.

I’m starting my own company/charitable organization.

I am going to spend next winter in Barbados selling hand painted t shirts on the beach. I have had this dream for over 30 years.

This winter, when the weight of the ice chunks fall from the branches outside my humble abode, and cause a blackout, I will work on the t shirts smugly uninterrupted with my solarlink!

I’m volunteering at my local pet shelter!

Gifting to my dad. I think it would suit his needs perfectly. Hes outside usually listening to his beat up boombox from 10 years ago. No antenna left, non digital, tinny and i like that the eton can be charged and used cordless or solar powered.

Have more fun with my family and find a job (that’s the not so fun part!).

2010 big plan. Finish my Industrial Design degree, earn some money and take some good vacations on the south south of Chile (Torres del Paine, Patagonia, etc.), where the wild things are.
