Luminube is a pillow cover with integrated LED lights that provide ambient light for reading, easing you to sleep, or even waking you up with its smartphone controlled timer. If only I had this when I was a kid… it would’ve been a lot easier going to sleep when I was afraid of the dark!

Won’t work very well for reading if used as in the first picture; the light is coming from behind the magazine, which will have the effect of making the magazine darker, not lighter, and thus harder to read. Exactly the same as taking a picture of something with the light source coming from behind it…
I’ll like to buy some of the pillow to use at night.
I’d worry about it overheating, especially if it has to stay connected to the iPod.
Glowing pillow, very excellent tool for those who read in night.
