Pushy Handle
Unlike traditional door handles, the UltraLatch doesn’t twist or turn. Instead, this functional hardware simply pushes or pulls to open an interior door, making it possible for small children, physically challenged adults, or anyone who’s arms are full to enter and exit safely with a mere 1/2 inch push or pull. Inspired by the auto gear shifter, the Ultralatch was designed to conform to the shape of the human hand and is not only ergonomic, but retrofits to most existing cutouts on standard doors.

Nice,
it would be useful if the handle gave an intuitive clue as to whether you were on the push side or the pull side of the door. Having both sides look the same does not make a lot of sense to me.

I see in one restaurant handle, where you can open bathroom doors open with foot! Similar to this one.

I see these in hospitals EVERYWHERE — just not all brassy and aesthetically pleasing. Nice take on an old product.

Or in most european contries (apart from UK) where yo have a handle to do the twisting, a lot less clumsy than this way.
And for added coolness use the bighthandle on the toilet http://www.assaoem.se/sv/site/assaoemse/Produkter...
