Well, not everyone has an arc-reactor strapped to their chest like Tony Stark. When the power goes, some of us just have a half-charged power-bank to keep our phones juiced for a few hours. Generark is hoping to change that, with its sleek, portable, and quiet solar-powered generator that can keep your home appliances powered for up to a full week. Roughly the size and shape of an air-purifier, the Generark HomePower 2 is a larger version of that power-bank of yours, and comes with up to 2060Wh of capacity. It’s portable, which means you can carry it around with you, to the lawn, the garage, or even loan it to the neighbors for some brownie points. Its slick yet functional design even garnered approval from Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak!

The Generark HomePower 2 is a backup battery for your home that’s cheaper than setting up a generator or shelling $12,000 on a Tesla Powerwall, it’s also classier and less noisy than those gas-powered generators that definitely seem archaic. Standing at roughly 2 feet tall and weighing a pretty commendable 45 pounds (20 kilos), the Generark HomePower 2 comes with an electric-vehicle-grade high-performance Lithium-ion NMC battery that can power 99% of your home appliances (even the heavy-duty ones). It doesn’t require installation or even a permit, and can be carried or wheeled around the house depending on where you need it. Each Generark comes with 4 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports, and a 12V/10A car outlet to power a host of devices, allowing you to run your home’s entertainment systems, surveillance systems, kitchen appliances, your workspace peripherals, garage power tools, medical equipment, and even recharge your EV. In the event of an outage, the HomePower 2 provides emergency backup for about a week, and a neat digital display on the device’s sleek body helps you understand how many hours of power you’ve still got before the HomePower 2 needs a recharge.

Recharging the HomePower 2 can happen in multiple ways. The backup battery kit comes with an optional set of solar panels that can be set up anywhere, replenishing your HomePower 2 in hours… or you could just traditionally plug the generator into a socket in your house and juice it up for a rainy day. Once recharged, the HomePower 2 can hold onto all that energy for an entire year, making it much more affordable and easy to maintain in the long run. Plus, it looks much sleeker than your clunky, smelly gas-powered generator. With the size and proportions of an air-purifier (or a trash can if you’re pedantic), the HomePower comes with minimalist styling and a metallic-finished outer body that got a thumbs-up from “Woz”. A detachable wheel-base lets you slide the device around your house with ease, carrying it to the kitchen or the living room or bedroom, and a handle lets you easily lift it up and lug it to the lawn or the poolside, or even to your garage to charge your EV. The SolarPower 2 solar panels that come as an add-on are sleek and portable too, and can fold out wherever you need. A kickstand on the back of the panels lets you prop them up and position them to face the sun too, while their weatherproof and IP67 waterproof design allows them to work through the year without a fuss. Each SolarPower 2 panel comprises 64 Monocrystalline solar cells (SunPower Maxeon Gen III), offering 50% higher power-conversion efficiency compared to regular panels.

The HomePower 2 comes in two variants – a Starter with 1566Wh capacity, and a Plus with 2060Wh capacity. They’re both the same size and come equipped with the same outlets. The generators also have their own internal battery-management system that ensures you can use them wile the generator is charging, and internal safety protocols that protect you from overcharging, over-discharging, short-circuits, surges, and hot temperatures. The Generark HomePower 2 and SolarPower 2 have been Energy Efficiency tested and certified, and are covered by a respectable 5-year warranty. They ship as early as August 2021, so if you’re in an area that’s prone to power outages, go grab yourself one right now!

Power your Devices

How Does it Work?

The Generark Solar Generator includes a backup battery power station (HomePower 2) and all-weather portable solar panels (SolarPower 2). The solar panels collect the sun’s rays and convert them into energy, which is then stored in the backup battery power station.

The backup battery power station can store and hold the electricity for at least a year. When the time comes, it then supplies electricity to other devices and appliances via the standard AC output (110V) and various DC outputs (USB-A, USB-C, and car outlet) when power is needed.

Generark’s SolarPower 2 offers 50% higher solar power conversion efficiency than traditional solar panels, allowing you to harness and convert the sun’s rays in less time. Paired with our HomePower 2 backup battery power station, you have the ability to power a wide range of home appliances and devices.

If the sun is somehow unavailable, the HomePower 2 can also be charged from a variety of sources, including the AC outlets, the traditional gas generator, or directly with a car outlet. No matter the emergency situation, Generark Solar Generators are designed to give you reliable backup power that you can count on.

High Compatibility with 9 Simultaneous Outputs

The HomePower 2 (Plus) has four 20-amp AC outlets, making it extremely powerful. You can power up multiple devices at one time such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, medical device, toaster, and more!

The HomePower 2 is equipped with two USB-C outlets with PD 100W and two USB-A outlets certified by Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 so it can connect and power up your Mac directly, and provide ultra fast recharge to your smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

There is also a car outlet with 12V/10A for easy and convenient supplying power for any automobile accessories. Connect and power your phone, portable GPS navigation system, sound system, and portable video players for kids to stay occupied while you’re on the road by car or RV!

Up to 7 Days of Essential Power

The Generark HomePower 2 offers up to 7 days of emergency power. A single charge will power your essential devices for up to one week including, but not limited to, Home Appliances, Communication Devices, Home Offices, Medical Devices, Lights, Power Tools, and more.

All-Weather Portable Solar Panels

The SolarPower 2 is lightweight and foldable. Its portable design allows for easy setup and transportation so you can move it conveniently through your home and easily take it with you on the go. With the adjustable kickstand, it takes 30 seconds or less to set up or take down for quick access during an emergency.
