Effortless Camping Tent

The biggest killjoy of camping is the pitching of the tents. Making this experience more effortless and easy is the Camping Doughnut. It not only fosters community living whilst promoting individual space, it’s also easier to setup than most tents. The design offers you the flexibility of configuring it according to your needs. Happy camping people!

I could use this I go camping all the time. Let me test it

  • Jay says:

Common yo. This is a conceptual website. Sigh.

  • putomadre says:

Yes but your tent sucks and this one is actually wanted by everyone. So eat a bag of dicks.

    • DT says:

Must not camp much if u find this usefull. This is crap if u live anywhere wind will be. That large of a foot print will turn It to a kite. Then the concept of the fire in the middle?! Hope it is made out of fireretardent materials….

  • putomadre says:

Doughnut tent is king of tents!

  • Seltonejock says:

I really love the concept- and would like to hear more on design and possible production- Im in a large camping group based in melbourne victoria who have been looking into some new tents- and we treat tents like cars here and this is the rolls royce!!!

  • ryan says:

Where can I purchase A Camping Donut?

    • Jonathan says:

I want to know where I can get this and how much so if you find out or have already found out let me know please

  • joe says:

    I want this

  • Mike says:

Why isn’t this on kickstarter yet?

  • Mike Johnson says:

The included photos are misleading. The tent appears to be made of rigid plastic tubes that telescope together/apart that will not fold down flat. I saw a different picture of the tent lit from inside at night, and then I understood the design. Perhaps a few pictures from inside the tent would help.

  • cbgh says:

Need some pics of the inside, please!! Also, is this just a concept or is it for sale? I want one…or two!!

  • Wes says:

I will be willing to test this and review it for you. Let me know asap as my schedule fills up pretty quick.

  • Yogesh says:

where can I buy Camping Doughnuts? Whats the price.

OMG, I so want one…maybe even two. This is genius!

  • Chris says:

Can someone please tell me HOW TO BUY THIS? Is it supposed to available in the near future, is there a sign up or preorder list, or what?

  • Sandy grant says:

I am originally from Alaska and am now stuck in the Midwest, I think the idea is great but is this something that can be taken in a canoe on a float trip? What kind of dimensions are we looking at? If you need a true camping enthusiast to try this out and rebut some thoughts to the designers, I think I am your person.

  • Bradly Skinner says:

How can I get info on buying donut tent

    We tent all the time.

  • tim jensen says:

  • Chuck says:

Can I buy the camping donut

  • Sonny says:

Any idea if this is just a conceptual design or if it is going in production anytime soon?

  • Dennis James Nicholson says:

For sunbathers camping using the doughnut allows for privacy and full sun when staying at non-nude campgrounds and resorts. Also sleeping in line to one side leaving a walking path through the entire tent would be nice as well.

  • David Schaffer says:

Here is a link that shows it all lit up at night http://blog.rvshare.com/camping-doughnut-tent/

  • James says:

This is cool as hell when does it come out and how much? Will there be multiple sizes? We NEED to know!!

  • Tim S. says:

I would like to market this in emergency management…what options could you add to this if it becomes a reality? It could be used for a lot more than just camping.

  • Wayne simmons says:

Where can I by one or two and what is the price like to test one in Bermuda come up with this soon thanks

  • Dave says:

Clever but it would never fit in my backpack and the trails are too narrow to drive my car on.

  • Napier says:

This is truly an effortless tent, you just need to carry and put it in the place where you want stay while camping. This is really a good tent. I love this tent and would like to take while camping.

  • Laura says:

Interesting. The inside and outside dimensions need to be included with the pictures. Anyone looking at your website who would actually be potential buyers would immediately look for dimensions. Can an adult stand up inside? How is it tethered? What material is it constructed from? Pictures are nice, but actual usable information is needed. When folded can it be put completely inside of a canoe?

  • Ryan says:

If you need anyone to test it’s durability, ease of setup, etc.. I’m available!

  • Camping donut tent fan says:

I keep checking on this every so often for quite some time now. I have lost count on the months and think it’s numbering years. I am so interested in this project. Is there a launch date set? I am so eager for the next stage of this concept!
Hungry for news and eager for a release date,

  • Carlos Q says:

As soon as it goes on sale, I want one!!

  • Elizabeth Billingsley says:

Great idea. Dimensions? Cost? But about the color… sand/kelp camo for beach would be far less visually jarring.

  • Shelby says:

This is top notch, I go camping almost every weekend during spring thru fall. I would love to test/buy one of these.

  • Julie hooks says:

Can I be a tester for Texas

  • Ph says:

I still haven’t found the website for cost and where to purchase.

  • Randy says:

How much it is ?how can I buy ?
