I like the idea behind it. I believe that this concept is something that well see in the future, but the design concept doesn’t seem to exciting.
Honestly it’s going to be incredibly hard to compete with the ipad. The one way to do it would be to create something with the simplicity of the ipad in regards to design and ease of use, but then make it easy to connect to a screen and have all the same functions of a desktop or laptop computer.
