One theory suggests that to keep office efficiency at maximum levels, employees should have minimum personal interaction. Meaning no chit-chats or coffee-breaks together, just emails and IMs! Supporting this theory is the Electronic Office Screen Door that embeds an electronic imaging screen underneath the sheer veneer and above the wood. It has its pros and cons….like you can always display a “Busy In A Meeting” message before that nagging accounts guy wants to come in for bills clarifications. Or that guy who got the promotion can keep rubbing the “New Manager” title in your face!
