And what about floor plans? The visualisations look great but they can be designed easyly. But that does not show anything about the concept of building.
This house looks phonominal. But.. Will it acually stand? We will need to see the actual floor plans in order to be surprised at it.
I have a client that is interested in a design and specification of building a sport cent on approximatley 400 acres.
Can you do that? If not please let me know who can?

Seen the broschure in Germany… but was disappointing…
All the floorplans at different scales… good rendering but, architecturally quite misleading…
Found it v. unconvincing for a hundreds-of-millions dollar investment…
