It’s a trash bag wrapper. AMAZING!!!!

I saw this done in 2003, so nothing is new, but this would be cool if put into production and replacement tape reels were easy to get and fit.

Its a trash can that cinches the bag closed when full so you don’t have to close it yourself and tie it.
