Drinking My Coffee And Eating It Too!
Yes, that is the pleasure of sipping espresso out of the Cookie Cup! The edible cookie cup is made of a light pastry that is lined with sugar. So basically when you pour in your coffee shot, the sugar dissolves slowly so that you can enjoy your drink and then later eat up the cookie. Not only does the design allow you to snack on a tasty treat, it also looks into the eco aspect of no-dishwashing and suds issue. Very Clever!

I don’t find it is an innovation it is the same system like for every kitchen goodies who can be eaten you can do it yourself.
molding and to put sugar to keep liquid (that is a good idea)

I’m concerned about the durability of the cup. I recently got a nasty second degree burn from spilling coffee so this is the first thing I thought of when I saw this otherwise yummy idea.

the durability is not so important for a coffe bar, you will use thousand if cups every day. For sure the durability will be better using the same material of other concepts already in production, like this

is the same material of ice cream cone, actually there are several similar concept in production. the only difference that i can find in this product is the little handle, but i think will be also the most problematic point.

I would like to finish my cookie before I finish my coffee, just to wash it down.

No one said you couldn’t put tea (or Coke, even) in it.
