This may sound like a great idea, but only if the person is responsible and considerate. A similar device was worn by an individual that walked outside my window at 4:30 AM blasting AC/DC on his way to work. You could hear him coming from a long way away, and it would fade in and out as he passed behind buildings. The cops finally stopped him after a call from me and it never happened again. Remember, it can be a great idea, but consider how it can be misused before you go ahead and produce it. Just as bad as razor selling the skooters with the built in spark pads on the back in areas prone to wildfire filled with dry brush.

Good thought but this situation is completely different because this problem wouldn’t affect your neighborhood like a razor lighting a fire would, the backpack is controlled and wouldn’t spread like a fire would affecting many lives
