When A Room Has No Rules
Andreas Hegert doesn’t like rules. Objects, spaces, and surrounding have been given hierarchical values that we hardly ever question so for his degree project he create a room in rebellion. The floor, walls, ceiling, and lights follow to rhyme or reason.
The shelf system consists of three parts that can be combined in different ways. The smallest part is only about 40cm high and the largest is one meter. They can be used as bookshelves, room dividers, art…anything you want them to be.The light fixtures are made out of powder coated sheet and are fitted with LED’s. They come in two different models; one recessed light for the ceiling or wall, and one free-standing for the floor.
